OfficeMax to shut Wyoming call center

New York City OfficeMax plans to close its call center in Casper, Wyo., and terminate the facility's 250 employees.

The Casper facility, which will close on July 30, is one of four OfficeMax call centers in the United States that handle customer inquiries. The others -- in Bristol, Va.; Peru, Ill.; and Ottawa, Ill. -- will remain open.
