Office Depot’s HQ job goals reduced

New York City Palm Beach County approved a reworked incentive plan for Office Depot's new Boca Raton, Fla., headquarters that allows the retail giant to cut its job creation goal in the county by 230 but also reduces its eligible annual incentives.
