Office Depot CFO to Step Down

Delray Beach, Fla. Office Depot announced on Tuesday that Patricia McKay, executive VP and CFO, has resigned effective March 1. Charles Brown, Office Depot’s president, international, will serve as acting CFO following McKay’s departure, the company reported.

Brown was Office Depot’s executive VP and CFO from 2001 to 2005. Office Depot said it plans to begin its search for a permanent CFO immediately and will announce a successor when this process is completed.
