Netflix names former Pixar CFO to board

Los Gatos, Calif. Netflix said Wednesday that former Pixar CFO Ann Mather will join its board of directors on July 1.

Mather will replace Greg Stanger, who is leaving the company July 1.

Mather was CFO of Pixar from 1999 to 2004.
