MinuteClinic to move headquarters

Minneapolis MinuteClinic is relocating its headquarters from Minneapolis to Woonsocket, R.I., next year. The move will eliminate 150 jobs.

The move also supports its goal of tighter integration of MinuteClinic with CVS Caremark.

The first MinuteClinic employees in Minneapolis will be laid off in January, with most leaving in the second and third quarters of 2010.

These employees are being encouraged to apply for other jobs within the company.
