Michaels CFO Resigns

Irving, Texas Michaels Stores announced that Jeffrey Boyer, president and CFO, will resign effective April 4.

Michaels will conduct a search for a replacement CFO and will consider both internal and external candidates, the company said.

In the interim, the company has named Lisa K. Klinger, senior VP of finance and treasurer, to be acting CFO.

It has also named Richard S. Jablonski, VP of finance and corporate controller, to serve as principal accounting officer.
