Lowe’s names new exec

Mooresville, N.C. Lowe's Cos. announced the promotion of Janet M. Saura to senior VP and deputy general counsel.

In her new role, Saura's responsibilities include employee relations counseling, government transactions and compliance and certain litigation matters.

Saura joined Lowe's in 2006 to build a function within the legal department to focus on daily counsel, labor relations and compliance in the employment arena.
