Kroger names new head of Dillon unit

Cincinnati The Kroger Co. said Wednesday that it named Joe Grieshaber to replace John Bays as president of its Dillon Food Stores unit. Bays is retiring.

Grieshaber has worked for Kroger since 1983. His most recent post was as group VP of perishables merchandising and procurement.

Dillon Food Stores is based in Hutchinson, Kansas and has 91 stores in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
