Kohl's Adds Management Positions

Menomonee Falls, Wis., Kohl's Corp. said Monday it has added five executives to its senior management from within the company after posting disappointing same-store sales in August amid a tough retail market.

Donald Brennan and John Worthington have been named principal officers. Brennan will oversee merchandising divisions and Worthington will oversee store operations, store administration, merchandise presentation and loss prevention.

Thomas Kingsbury will continue as senior executive VP and will now oversee marketing, business development, e-commerce and information technology.

Jon Grosso has been promoted to executive VP and director of stores, overseeing store operations. Jeff Manby has been promoted to executive vice president and general merchandise manager of men's and children's divisions. And Paige Thomas has been promoted to executive VP general merchandise manager of juniors and jewelry divisions.
