J.C. Penney Internet Chief to Retire

Plano, Texas John Irvin, president of J.C. Penney’s catalogue and Internet division, is retiring, according to a Women’s Wear Daily report.

A successor to Irvin, who also is an executive VP of the chain, has not been announced, the company said.
