HMV Names New CEO

London, Britain’s HMV Group plc has appointed Simon Fox as CEO, effective Sept. 28. Fox, most recently COO of electrical-goods retailer Kesa Electricals plc, will take over the role from Alan Giles at the company’s annual meeting in September.
