Headway reports holiday hiring

Raleigh, N.C. Headway Corporate Resources announced Friday that its Retail Solutions Group is planning to hire more than 7,300 workers at more than 1,000 retail locations in 48 states for this year’s holiday season.

The company will be providing a combination of seasonal staffing, outsourced field recruitment and outsourced hiring solutions for a variety of retailers on a nationwide basis, including Case-Mate, Borders Group and Hickory Farms.

The positions that are being hired, according to Headway, include sales associates, key holders, store managers, clerks, merchandisers, as well as district and regional managers.

The hiring- and employment-solutions provider said it will be leveraging its GPS Recruitment Technology, Center for Operational and Recruitment Excellence and its proprietary database of over 1.5 million candidates to power the sourcing, screening and acquisition of talent and employment solutions for its retail clients.
