Haggen promotes execs

Bellingham, Wash. Grocery and pharmacy retailer Haggen said Tuesday it has promoted two executives, according to a report in Supermarket News.

John Boyle was named group VP sales and marketing, and Becky Skaggs was named VP marketing and strategy.

There are 15 Haggen Food and Pharmacy locations in Washington and Oregon.
