FraudSciences Appoints CEO and President

FraudSciences Corp., the leader in guaranteed online credit-card fraud detection and protection, appointed Gadi Maier CEO and President. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company while ensuring that it meets aggressive growth objectives and secures market share.

Before joining FraudSciences, Maier spent a year as a venture partner at Benchmark Capital and Pinnacle Ventures. Maier served as co-founder and CEO of Scalent Systems where he successfully introduced the industry’s most advanced data-center virtualization software. He also co-founded Currenex, the leading marketplace for large volume foreign currency.

Before joining Currenex, Maier served as the chairman, CEO and President of GetThere, Inc. and CEO of Memco Software. Maier has held senior executive positions at Cisco, Oracle and Xidex.
