Former Borders President Joins PacSun Board

Anaheim, Calif., Pacific Sunwear of California announced that former Borders Group president and vice chairman George Mrkonic has been appointed to the company’s board of directors.

Mrkonic served as president of Borders from December 1994 until January 1997, as vice chairman from 1994 to January 2002, and as a director from 1994 to 2004.
