Family Dollar expands executive team

Matthews, N.C. Family Dollar Stores Tuesday announced that it has named Kecia Lamm to the position of VP -- store operations, and Holly Shaskey-Platek to the position of VP -- change management and leadership development.

Prior to joining Family Dollar, Lamm served as VP -- general manager of The Home Depot’s Expo Design Center. Most recently, Shaskey-Platek served as VP-planning, programming and promotions with ShopNBC.
