Dick’s chief named to KeyCorp board

Cleveland Regional banking company KeyCorp said late Monday that it named Edward W. Stack, chairman and CEO of Dick’s Sporting Goods, as one of two new members of the bank’s board of directors.

Elizabeth R. Gile, a retired managing director of Deutsche Bank Americas Holding Corp., was also named to the bank’s board.
