Developers Diversified promotes nine
Beachwood, Ohio Developers Diversified Realty announced it has promoted nine of its executives.
The shopping center owner, developer and manager’s president and COO Daniel Hurwitz said of the internal promotions, “In our ongoing effort to attract and retain industry leaders, Developers Diversified remains committed to nurturing the talents of our employees and rewarding their successes. These individuals are leaders at our company and in the retail real estate industry, and they are being recognized for their numerous accomplishments.”
Tammy Battler was promoted from director of external financial reporting to VP external reporting; James Bold was promoted from assistant VP leasing – southern to VP leasing – southern; David Favorite was promoted from VP property management – community centers to SVP property management; Francine Glandt was promoted from treasurer and VP finance to senior VP capital markets and treasurer; Cathy Kroll was promoted from director of risk management to VP risk management; Tim Lordan was promoted from VP funds management to SVP funds management; John Potts was promoted from director of internal audit to VP internal audit; Craig Schultz was promoted from VP tax to senior VP tax; and Ken Stern was promoted from VP peripheral development to SVP peripheral development.
Developers Diversified Realty currently owns and manages over 700 retail operating and development properties in 45 states, plus Puerto Rico, Brazil and Canada, totaling approximately 153 million sq. ft.
