CyberShift names board member

Parsippany, N.J. Workforce management provider CyberShift announced that it has appointed Michael A. DiPiano to its board of directors.

A veteran of the healthcare industry and now venture capitalist, DiPiano is a general partner of NewSpring Ventures and the managing partner of NewSpring Capital. Prior to joining NewSpring Capital, which is a CyberShift investor, DiPiano led or co-led the investment into six companies in the business services, healthcare and information technology industries.

With this appointment, DiPiano returns to CyberShift’s board, taking the place of his colleague Brian Murphy.
