CVS makes executive appointment

Woonsocket, R.I. CVS Caremark announced the appointment of David M. Denton to the new role of executive VP and CFO, effective January 1, 2010. He is currently CVS Caremark’s senior VP controller and chief accounting officer

Denton will succeed David Rickard who announced in February of this year his intention to retire as CFO.
