CVS CFO to Retire

Woonsocket, R.I. CVS Caremark Corp. said Thursday that CFO and chief administrative officer Dave Rickard will retire at the end of 2009, after about a decade with the company.

Ryan said the company will look at candidates from inside and outside the company as it searches for a new CFO.

Rickard, 61, joined CVS in September 1999, before its buyout of Caremark.
