CVS Caremark names MinuteClinic chief

Woonsocket, R.I. CVS Caremark announced Tuesday it has named Andrew J. Sussman, M.D., as the new president and COO of MinuteClinic, the company's retail-based health clinic subsidiary, and as senior VP and associate chief medical officer of CVS Caremark.

In his new roles, Sussman will be responsible for all clinical services and daily operations for MinuteClinic's 500 locations across 25 states. He will also take charge of the continued development of MinuteClinic in retail healthcare services.
