Crabtree & Evelyn chooses PeopleAnswers for pre-employment selection

Dallas -- PeopleAnswers and Crabtree & Evelyn announced on Thursday a software licensing agreement for the retailer to use the PeopleAnswers HR solution for pre-employment screening and selection for hourly employees and store managers in its 72 stores across the United States in preparation for the holiday season.

By using the software to prescreen, assess and hire its field employees, Crabtree & Evelyn will create a consistent, automated hiring process that is more efficient for store managers and will help them make quality hiring decisions with easily accessible information. This information supports the interview and behavioral onboarding processes for the critical first 100 days on the job as well as employee development and long-term succession planning.
