Costco COO to retire

Issaquah, Wash. Dick DiCerchio will retire as COO of Costco Wholesale Corp. next month but will remain on the board, the wholesale club said Wednesday.

DiCerchio has spent nearly three decades with Costco. A proxy filing in December listed his age as 66.
