Cost Plus Appoints Former Tweens Exec to Board

Oakland, Calif. Cost Plus Inc. said Thursday that the former president of teen retailer Tween Brands Inc. has been appointed to its board of directors.

Kenneth T. Stevens, who was also the COO of Tween Brands before resigning in June, will serve on the board until the company’s annual meeting next summer.
