Conn’s names CEO

Beaumont, Texas Conn's said Wednesday that its designated CEO Timothy L. Frank will officially take over the role on June 2.

Frank, who currently serves as president and COO, was designated for the position last June as part of the company’s succession plan. He takes over the role from his father, Thomas Frank, who retired.

Conn's, which sells appliances, electronics, furniture and other home goods, runs 75 stores in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
