Coldwater Creek finance chief resigning

Sandpoint, Idaho Coldwater Creek said Tuesday that its CFO, Tim Martin, resigned to take a job at another company.

Martin's resignation is effective Nov. 25. John E. Hayes III, the current general counsel of Coldwater, will take over as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is named.
