Christopher & Banks names new board member

Minneapolis Christopher & Banks Corp. said Monday it has named Paul Snyder to its board of directors, effective immediately.

The election of Snyder increases the number of board seats to eight and the number of independent directors to seven.

Paul Snyder, 61, retired as a practicing Certified Public Accountant from KPMG in 2009 after 39 years of service.
