Christopher & Bank CFO Resigns

Minneapolis Christopher & Banks Corp. said Wednesday CFO Andrew Moller has resigned and Michael Lyftogt will serve in the post until a permanent replacement is found.

Moller is resigning for personal reasons, the company said.

Lyftogt currently serves as VP of finance at the company. He will continue in that position while he fills in as the CFO.

The retailer said it is beginning a search for a permanent CFO.
