Children's Place approves election of directors

Secaucus, N.J. The Children's Place Retail Stores announced that it has approved the election of class I directors Jane Elfers, Robert Fisch and Louis Lipschitz to serve for three-year terms expiring in 2013.

The company also announced the ratification of the appointment of BDO Seidman, LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending January 29, 2011.
