Chico’s in new partnership to drive customer acquisition

Chico’s keeps evolving its omnichannel strategy.

ShopRunner, the free two-day shipping and seamless payment e-commerce network that connects retailers with millions of consumers, announced that Chico's FAS Inc. has joined its growing roster. The partnership extends to the retailer’s three brands: Chico's, White House | Black Market, and Soma.

The partnership gives Chico's a new channel for customer growth, and will allow the retailer to expand its e-commerce offering to include best-in-class experiences, according to ShopRunner.

“Partnering with ShopRunner is a natural evolution of our omnichannel retail strategy,” said George Nahra, senior VP of business development, Chico's FAS. “This partnership will give us access to several million active ShopRunner members, which we anticipate will help us to drive new customer acquisition.
