Chico's Appoints CFO

Fort Myers, Fla., Chico's FAS Inc. said Friday it appointed Kent A. Kleeberger as its new CFO and treasurer, starting on or about Nov. 5.

Kleeberger served as CFO of Dollar Tree Stores Inc. from 2004 through October 2007 (resigning from the chain effective Oct. 26.).

Kleeberger is replacing Charles J. Kleman, who previously announced his retirement. Chico's said he is expected to remain with the company.
