Charlotte Russe Hires Ann Taylor Executive

San Diego Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. said Monday it named Sandra Tillett senior VP of store operations, effective immediately.

Tillett has 23 years of experience in the retail industry. She most recently served as senior VP of Stores for Ann Taylor.
