Charlotte Russe Chairman To Retire

San Diego Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. on Thursday said chairman Bernard Zeichner will retire, effective June 1. Director Jennifer Salopek, a principal with ARC Business Advisors LLC in New York, will replace him. She has been on the company's board since February 2006.

Zeichner was named president and chief executive of Charlotte Russe in 1996 and became chairman in 1999, when the company went public.
