Centro Properties names CFO

New York City Centro Properties Group U.S. has appointed Tiffanie M. Fisher as executive VP, CFO of the company. Fisher, 41, will be responsible for directing the company’s capital markets, management-information systems, financial controls, SEC reporting and compliance activities.

Fisher replaced John Braddon who is returning as planned to his native Australia after serving with the company for three years in the United States.

Fisher most recently worked for Morgan Stanley as an executive director of Morgan Stanley Real Estate based in London.

Michael Carroll, CEO and president of the company commented, “[Fisher’s] experience in originating and executing capital transactions for complicated businesses will be invaluable as we continue to restore the long-term health of our balance sheet.”

Centro Properties Group U.S. is one of the largest owners of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the United States. Its portfolio of more than 620 properties is located across 40 states and aggregates approximately 101 million sq. ft. of gross leasable area.
