CDS International names VP development

Delray Beach, Fla. CDS International Holdings has named Bill Morris to serve as VP development for the company, responsible for the Atlantic Plaza II redevelopment in downtown Delray Beach, Fla.

Morris will oversee the $325 million project to transform two city blocks into one suburban mixed-use destination. Morris has planned and developed more than 15 million sq. ft. of office and retail space and 3,000 residential units, with a focus on urban upscale residential and mixed-use projects.

Prior to establishing his own company, Southcoast Partners, Morris was divisional president of Arvida/JMB Partners.
