CDI Contractors CEO Resigns

Little Rock, Ark. William Clark, son of one of the founders of construction firm CDI Contractors, has resigned as company CEO.

Clark said Tuesday he voluntarily left CDI Contractors Inc., a firm founded by William E. Clark and department store chain Dillard's Inc.

On Jan. 28 last year, CDI CFO John Glasgow vanished and investigators have not been able to determine what happened to him. His car was found in Petit Jean State Park the day after he disappeared.

Both Dillard's and CDI have said there were no signs of fiscal mismanagement by Glasgow.
