The Cato Corp. Promotes Exec to CFO

Charlotte, N.C. The Cato Corp. announced the promotion of John Howe to executive VP, CFO, effective Sept. 1.

Howe will be responsible for corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury and information technology. He joined The Cato Corp. in 1986 as a field auditor and has served in many financial roles, most recently as senior VP, controller.
