Cato Announces New Senior VP, Controller

Charlotte, N.C. The Cato Corp. announced the promotion of Jeff Shock to senior VP, controller.

Shock joined Cato in Jan. 2005 as VP, internal audit. Prior to joining Cato, Shock was divisional VP, merchandise planning and analysis for OfficeMax Inc., director of internal audit at Payless ShoeSource, and director of corporate audit at Revco D. S. Inc.
