Casual Male implements Headway recruitment solution

Raleigh, N.C. Workforce solution-provider Headway Corporate Resources said Tuesday it has partnered with Casual Male Retail Group to implement its recruitment solution for the specialty retailer of big and tall men’s apparel.

The solution is designed to enable Casual Male to find and acquire store managers, assistant managers and district managers in what Headway describes as a more effective and efficient manner over traditional recruiting methods.

Headway has been working with the Casual Male Retail Group since late 2009 and has sourced, screened and touched over 15,000 job seekers for the apparel retailer, said Hernreich.

Also, the centralized delivery model and GPS Recruitment technology reduces the time and resources required to find, qualify and select the best matched talent.
