Casey's General Stores Executive Resigns

Des Moines, Iowa, Casey's General Stores Inc. confirmed Tuesday that its corporate secretary has resigned.

John G. Harmon, who also was a senior VP of the company, entered a severance agreement dated Jan. 17, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Harmon has been with the company since 1976 and was named secretary/treasurer in 1998.
