Carter & Burgess Hires Commercial Property Development Specialist

William Lotz has joined Carter & Burgess as a senior development manager in the Atlanta Building Programs Unit, specializing in civil engineering and permitting services for commercial-development sites nationwide.

Lotz has 22 years of experience in commercial-property development. He has provided project management, civil engineering, contract administration, permitting and site-development solutions for commercial development sites including restaurants, convenience stores, retail facilities and industrial buildings. Lotz is a Certified Construction Contract Administrator through the Construction Specifications Institute.
