Fast-fashion retailer Ardene is ensuring loss does not grow as the business expands.
Based in Canada and looking to grow and scale internationally, Ardene is leveraging connected devices and solutions from Sensormatic Solutions to support its loss prevention strategy. Ardene seeks to reduce loss, improve store operations and enhance the customer shopping experience in its more than 375 stores across Canada and the U.S.
Implementing a range of Sensormatic solutions that provide real-time insights into store activities and potential loss events, Ardene is deploying a tailored loss prevention program to meet the unique needs of its various store locations and configurations. Ardene is utilizing technologies from Sensormatic including anti-theft tags, Synergy storefront detection systems, RFID overhead electronic article surveillance (EAS) detection systems at some mall stores with large exits, and Synergy visible pedestal systems in the majority of its stores.
“As Ardene continues to expand and open new store formats, we need adaptive options that provide effective merchandise protection and a frictionless shopper experience,” said Angie Dalios, director, loss prevention & security at Ardene. “With Sensormatic’s broad assortment of solutions and capabilities, we are able to tailor our loss prevention program to each store layout and need, while ensuring an inviting environment throughout the entire customer journey.”
