Cafaro Co. announces senior retirements

Youngstown , Ohio The Cafaro Co. announced late Wednesday the retirement of president and CEO Anthony M. Cafaro, Sr. and VP John J. “Jay” Cafaro, effective immediately. The simultaneous retirements are part of an executive transition process that has been years in the making, said the company.

William A. Cafaro and Anthony Cafaro, Jr., will take over the day-to-day operations of the company. The two senior Cafaros will continue to consult and participate in special projects.
