Build-A-Bear Names Board Member

St. Louis Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. announced Tuesday that Kathy Savitt has been elected to the company’s board of directors, effective immediately.

Savitt, 45, will serve on the board’s nominating and corporate governance committee and compensation committee.

She most recently served as executive VP and chief marketing officer of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc.
