Borders CFO resigns

Ann Arbor, Mich. Borders Group said late Monday that its CFO Mark Bierley has resigned to take another job.

Borders has named current company VP Glen Tomaszewski, 41, as interim CFO while it looks for a permanent replacement for Bierley.

Tomaszewski has been with the company for 12 years and has played an "integral role in leading the company's financial accounting and reporting functions" in that time, Borders said.
