Books-A-Million announces management change

Birmingham, Ala. Books-A-Million announced that Sandra B. Cochran has resigned from her position of president, CEO and director to accept a position with Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.

Clyde B. Anderson will continue as the company’s chairman and will be reappointed CEO.

Books-A-Million has 220 stores in 21 states and the District of Columbia. The company operates under the trade names Books-A-Million, Books & Co. and Bookland.
