Bon-Ton Stores Elects New Board Member

York, Pa., Bon-Ton Stores Inc. said Monday it elected Lucinda M. Baier to its board of directors, effective immediately. Bon-Ton said the election of Baier raises the number of board members to 11 from 10.

Baier is the CFO of World Kitchen LLC, which manufactures and markets bakeware, dinnerware, kitchen and household tools.
