Barnes & Noble's Online CEO Resigns

New York City The CEO of Barnes & Noble Inc.’s online business has resigned.

Barnes & Noble said Marie J. Toulantis's duties have been assumed by e-commerce VP Tom Burke and Kevin Frain, its CFO. The company said Toulantis would remain a consultant for Barnes & Noble.
