Baker & Taylor CEO Resigns

Charlotte, N.C. Richard Willis has resigned as chairman and CEO of Baker & Taylor Inc., according to the Charlotte Business Journal. Willis said he wanted to spend more time with his family.

Jack Eugster, a member of the Charlotte-based company’s board, has succeeded Willis as chairman.
